The nitty-gritty - our pricing
You’ll be pleased to hear that like with everything else we do, when it comes to price we very much take a no-nonsense approach, our prices are (hopefully) easy to read, transparent, and comprehensive.
“The more things change, the more they stay the same…..”
….to quote Bon Jovi (or Corinne Bailey Rae….probably among many others). Each wedding is unique, each couple is unique, and you’ll find us very flexible in terms of what you can have for your wedding – but there are a few constants that stay the same regardless of ANY package you book with us.
First of all, the biggie, myself and Georgie’s undivided attention for however long you need us. We only ever take on one wedding per day so our focus can be on the right thing – you. We’ve never been the sort of people to say “this is what we do, take it or leave it”, but rather “this is what we’re capable of, how can we use our skills to best capture the day how *you* want it capturing”. After your wedding the photos will be edited to provide you with not only a password-protected gallery that you’re free to distribute, but also a beautiful custom engraved wooden keepsake box with around 50-100 6″x4″ prints and a custom USB preloaded with all of your photos in both colour and black & white. As you’d expect from any working professional we’re fully insured with Public and Employer’s Liability Insurance, we have any relevant RAMS forms your venue may require, and any electrical equipment that we use is regularly PAT tested.
So…..
- Two experienced photographers
- Our undivided attention for the duration
- Roughly 400-800 professionally edited wedding photos (usually depends on the time booked)
- Highlights page within 4-6 weeks, similar to the ones above in our ‘recent weddings’ section
- All usable photos in BOTH colour and black & white, as well as in print and web resolutions (unwatermarked, no catch)
- Custom USB stick and print box
- All usable digital files available to download free of charge
- Full insurance and safety documentation
Digital only
Our unique blend of relaxed documentary style photography presented on a USB in a beautiful custom-engraved wooden keepsake box along with accompanying highlights page and password-protected online gallery. The gallery also has free downloads so you can use it to show friends & family as well as a backup of your wedding photos in case you misplace the USB.
Ceremony Only, £695 (£545 for one photographer)
Simple, no fuss coverage of just the ceremony. Covers roughly half an hour before the service to capture guests arriving through until around half an hour after the ceremony to get any family photos/photos of the two of you. This is only available on select days throughout the year, so get in touch if this is what you would like.
Twilight Wedding, £1195 (£945 for one photographer)
Perfect for later coverage that doesn’t need the whole day. Coverage the same as the full day package (from getting ready through to about half an hour after the first dance) for weddings where the ceremony time is no earlier than 3pm. This package is only available for certain dates, so get in touch to check availability.
Full Day, £1495 (£1195 for one photographer)
This covers you for the whole day, from the getting ready bits in the morning (both if required) through until around half an hour after the first dance. Everything throughout that time is covered, so ceremony, family photos, portraits, speeches etc.. This package is our most popular, and available all year round.
All of our services are flexible, and we do offer an hourly rate for specific occasions - get in touch for a quote if you're after something a bit different.
Album packages
All of the benefits of our digital only wedding photography, but now with added album(s)! The prices for our album packages are based on full day coverage, so from the preparations in the morning through until half an hour or so after the first dance. You still get the keepsake box, gallery and so on. These prices are based on a certain number of pages as well, but we’re flexible so if you’d like anything smaller/larger etc. then just give us a shout.
The Storybook, £1745
A great modern alternative to the traditional wedding album – featuring press-printed pages as you’d find in a coffee table book. Plenty of cover materials and colours to choose from, this price is based on a 30 spread 16″ x 12″ (roughly A3) book which will accommodate roughly 120 photos as chosen by you. Hard wearing enough to be left out and regularly handled, but beautiful enough to be a timeless keepsake.
The Traditional One, £1945
A truly stunning traditional modern album with photographically printed and mounted pages. These are built to last, and available in plenty of covers to boot. This price is based on a 14″ x 10″ 15 spread album, enough to fit around 60 of the photos you’d like inside. Features include lay-flat pages to give an amazing panoramic effect, and choice of matt/core colours meaning this is really an album to treasure.
The Fine Art, £2145
An amazing choice for something really special. Printed on sleek fine art stock which really makes the colours and black tones pop – every time we receive these albums here we can’t get over just how good they are. All of the pages are lay-flat and seamless, so you can have some stunning panoramas worked into the design for a real statement piece. As per the traditional album this is based on a 30 page 14″ x 10″ album.
Extra bits and bobs
Thanks for making it this far, it is a *chonky* read, I get that, but there’s a lot to say! This is the bit that I think marketing people and humans that are generally much better at sales than I call ‘cross-selling’. Over the years we’ve developed a few different businesses that go really well hand-in-hand with our photography. Occasionally we may do a ‘package deal’ with some of these, so for an accurate quote just let us know what floats your boat and you’ll get a bespoke price.
Pre-wedding photoshoot and guestbook
If you’re nervous about being around a camera, or if you’d just love some photos of just the two of you, then an engagement/pre-wedding photoshoot is a great idea. It may sound backwards offering you *more* photography if you’re nervous around the camera, but we tend to find that having that session helps you to relax around us so there’s less stress on the wedding day itself. This sort of shoot is around 45min and can take place at a location of your choice (or we have some great suggestions!) and costs £150 for the shoot only. If you’d like to upgrade we can provide an amazing alternative – our guestbook option. We’ll bring along an art pad and some sharpies, your guests can then write their messages and we scan those in to produce a beautiful book full of your engagement (or wedding) photos and your guests’ messages. For the shoot and guestbook combined it’s £300.
Parent albums
If you’d like any parent albums (smaller versions of your main album) this isn’t a problem at all. All of the main albums we provide have that option, although we price these on a bespoke basis because they vary in size/style, so get in touch for more info.
…….and now on to the ‘other businesses’ so to speak…..!
Photobooths
First off, our photobooths. When a bride and groom persuaded us to develop a photobooth back in 2012, we wanted to stray from the usual path of shiny plastic cans, inflatable enclosures (weird photobooth/bouncy castle crossover) and those wooden things on tripods that everybody else seems to do, so we developed a few different handmade themed booths ourselves. Over 2024 one of my aims is to bring all of the information onto this page, but for now check out Vintage Booth – we currently have a Vintage one, a retro two berth Caravan, a massive Parlour Wall set, a 6m Bell Tent (ideal for tipi and marquee weddings), a Cinema setup and a couple more custom ideas. Our photobooths are available at half the listed price for couples booking our full day photography.
Custom engraved gifts
In order to make our lovely keepsake custom USB boxes we invested in a laser engraver a few years back. Since then Georgie has taken to also making customised gifts, including a load of wedding-related goodies. Everything is bespoke and if you have any ideas for something different just let her know and she can usually find something to fit the bill. Her site is Dragon’s Knight Design – so head over and have a look.
Video Guestbook
Another thing two grooms asked us to provide was a video guestbook in the evening. Now, I’m not a wedding videographer by any means, but we certainly had all of the right kit to provide that service for them, and we had a great time putting it all together – everyone had fun and the groom and groom have a lovely video keepsake of messages from their guests. Our video guestbook usually takes 3 hours or so in the evening where we set up a couple of cameras, mics and lights in a quiet room away from the party, then we encourage your guests to come and leave a message, answer some questions, give a piece of advice, whatever suits! If this sounds like a good idea check out David & Daniel’s video guestbook at Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire, and Charly & Dan’s one from The Manor House at Quorn. Available from £495 when booked on its own, or half price when booked with a full day photography package.
